My newest work-out gadget is my body-bugg. It’s an amazing arm-band/watch that logs the number of calories you burn throughout the day. You can even tell how many calories you’re burning during a work-out and even per minute! It lets you know when you hit your calorie-burning goals for the day. Then you go online and log your food for the day, and make sure you’re in your target deficit of calories burned vs calories consumed. I LOVE IT! It has the potential to make you a little obsessed (and I already have an obsessive personality), but I think it’ll really help me hit my goals! I may have lost 40lbs, but I still have a few more to go. . .I’m loving and keeping my body bugg!!
