This weeks love it, keep it is dedicated to birthday baking. I’ve deemed myself ‘best coworker ever’ and I bake for everyone on their birthdays. It’s tough being popular. This week we had 2 birthdays, so I got to make birthday strudel muffins on Tuesday, and cupcakes today! I think I still have a tummy ache from icing the funfetti cupcakes-I swear I ate more frosting then I iced with. So I love birthday baking, it’s fun to celebrate birthdays, its fun to bake, and its fun to eat baking. So clearly its a win, win, win.
