I’m bossy. Put a camera in my hand and I turn into one bossy monster. It’s true–ask Mike who constantly has to pose and “look at me!”. . . “cross your arms!”. . . “pout!”. . . “pout like you mean it!”. When shooting Erica & Eddie’s wedding I had to call in the experts–and people who are patient and kind. Which is where Sara and Mike come in. Sara is a lifestyle photographer in Dallas, we met in undergrad, reconnected through facebook (social networking. . holla!), and now we are pen pals through lots and lots of emails. . . and Mike, well Mike is officially my partner in crime, and now that we’re married he has to do what I say (because that’s how marriage works, right?). We made one killer team. And rocked the socks off Erica and Eddie’s wedding. And guess what, we looked good while doing it. Case and point:
Here’s Sara getting down n dirty with the ceremony pictures. . .
Me. . . taking portraits. Probably shoe shots. Because I happen to love shoes. . .
Mike has a knack for detail shots. . . he gets ahold of a macro lens and watch out world, the details WILL be captured. And I apparently like to shoot kneeling. . .
Me and Sara. . . tag teaming some bridal party portraits. . .
