jasmine star workshop- chrisoula & dylan

So I’m pretty sure people are tired of hearing how much I adore our wedding photographer Jasmine Star. And they’re probably used to seeing an abundance of our wedding pictures everywhere-but the fun doesn’t stop.  This past Monday I had the opportunity to attend one of Jasmine’s workshops- so I could better myself, and learn from the best (the very best. but I’m biased. because our wedding pictures? they’re da bomb dot com). She talked about EVERYTHING openly, and created a set of challenges for all of us. I left feeling overwhelmed, inspired, like I needed to work on my biceps (she has the nicest arms. . . like ever), and ridiculously excited to brand myself. So armed with my new photoshop and kubota (it was a very merry software birthday for me) I started editing the pictures from the workshop. The couple we got to photograph were rockstars, they had 22 people pointing their cameras at them, shouting directions, snapping away. And Chrisoula and Dylan-they rocked it out. Like it was nothing, and looked gorgeous doing it.

The models were so so so gorgeous thanks to Vivian Tran and her all made up team–note to ALL FUTURE BRIDES– this girl, she rocks (and is super sweet to boot!)

and the rediculiously amazing gold bouquet- heavely blooms. . . i died when i saw the gold!!

  • That black and white shot is KILLER. Absolutely killer!! LOVE it. I can’t stop going back and looking at it! I LOVE the first shot, too! And the fifth shot — GORGEOUS!!!!
