cheater, cheater. . .

I. Love. Pizza. Like a lot. It’s one of the things I miss the most on this whole new “eat better” plan I’ve been on for the past year and a half. But yesterday- I got a cheat day. And I figured if i was going to cheat–I needed to go all out. We’re talking ice cream for breakfast, and pizza for lunch and dinner all out. And it was delicious. And definitely worth the massive amount of gym time I’ll be putting in this week (welcome back 2 a days. . I’ve missed you).

    Meri - I’ve noticed that since I started eating healthy a lot of the time, when I do eat rich foods or more unhealthy foods, afterwords I usually feel ready to eat healthy again, and it takes much less of the food to feel that way (cheesy pasta or pizza, for example). I used to be able to eat a ton of it, and now it makes me sick. I think slowly my portions have made sense of themselves through this!
