hello erin »

the warmest welcome. . .

We perhaps have the sweetest neighbors EVER. Yesterday we received such a warm welcome to the neighborhood. The girl next door came over and told me she had some “goodies” for Mike, Tucker, and I and asked if this was a good time. Is there a bad time for goodies?! So after letting both dogs out (they have a goldendoodle too! named lucky. He and tucker are INSEPARABLE), chasing them through the street and into the backyard 3 doors down we finally got to the goodies. Which were homemade brownies and cookies. . . AND a basket full of handcrafted goodness. Renee (the sweetest 9yr old i know) made tucker doggie bowls and filled them with treats, and made me some lotion, body butter, and perfume. HERSELF. i kid you not- this is a girl after my own crafty heart. She created these delicious scents just for me! It was the sweetest and warmest welcome to the neighborhood. . . we couldnt be happier and more excited to have the best next door neighbors EVER. And i fully intend to invite Renee over for some Disney Channel movie goodness, and perhaps a HSM sing along.
