saw it. pinned it. did it. sharpie mugs.

I’m linking up again with Stephanie and Katie for Saw it. Pinned it. Did it (Nailed it) to bring you sharpie mugs! I’m majorly all about the easy projects around here, and this project didn’t disappoint. There’s a fairly good chance i stole (ahem borrowed) this idea from stephanie to begin with.

My ridiculously amazingly good friend Channing recently moved to San Francisco (which is a whole heckofalot closer than Denver where she used to live), in order to celebrate her moving closer i decided she needed a mug to drink her coffee and juice from (way jealous that the easter bunny brought her a juicer). And while i was at it the main-man in my life could use a snazzy cappuccino cup (yes. he ONLY drinks cappuccino & espresso). So off i went to target to nab some white ceramic mugs and some fancy sharpies.

Then i drew my designs on the mugs and threw them into the oven at 350 for 30 minutes to seal in the sharpie goodness.

Let the mugs cool in the oven, take them out, and enjoy your morning beverages in super cute mugs!

  • Whoa there mama, you have some amazing free hand California drawing skills!! I LOVE that mug! Adorbs!

And Mike is absolutely #1 Dad! Love him (and you)!!

ANDDDDDDDDDDDD… I want Channing to our ridiculously amazing good friend, too. I just need to convince her.

  • You are seriously so talented! I could never make Sharpie on a coffee mug look cool and beautiful. Mine would be a total disaster. The CA mug is a really creative idea!

  • Adordable

    totally stenciled but still cute
