Ready for the weekend? WE SURE ARE!!
Frozen. This kick ass movie is available on the iTunes Store and Apple TV for the early birds that can’t wait until it’s DVD release date. And you’d better believe the instant I found out we had ourselves a copy. . . Let’s just say it’s been on repeat in this house for dayyyyys now to make up for not seeing it in theaters. Because 70 iPad/Apple TV views definitely equals one big monster screen view.
we have a very small perrier monster in our house. no joke- lex will only drink sparkling bubbly water, no boring tap water for this babe- only sparkling “lime water” will do- bonus if it has fancy heart shaped ice cubes .#facniesttoddlerontheblock.
I made it a total of TWO month of lex’s 365 project before giving up totally and completely. And I refuse to feel bad about it. I did SO GOOD for 59 days- nailed it every day. And then I just got tired, cranky, and refused to partake anymore. Maybe next year kid… But probably not.
SO. sasha came home this week. and we love her to the moon already. this little pup is a cuddle monster. . . she follows us around all day- and pretty much only sleeps curled up and cuddling next to one of us (once she’s potty trained i fully intend to get her and lex on the same nap schedule). So far tucker is a bigger fan of sasha than sasha is of tucker (but in her defense tucker is like 40x her size), and the kitty intrigues her. SO we’re all getting along juuuuust fine. Except for sash’s obvious jealousy over our hunters.
Mike came home monday night- and all is finally right in lex’s world again. don’t get me wrong- we had an amazing girls weekend. we both behaved, and definitely survived. but lex would wake up asking “daddy home?”, when we’d come home from being out she’d ask “daddy home?” meanwhile tucker and i were counting down the days until he waltzed through the door. just because we missed him. . . plain n simple.
